Joining is simple. 

• Annual dues are paid Jan 1 or at the time of joining and are good until the end of the calendar year (Dec 31).
  

• Dues are $18 per voting member.  Makes checks payable to Hilltop Neighborhood Association.
  

• Mail Check to  Hilltop Neighborhood Asscociation, P.O. Box 8624,Chattanooga, TN 37414

• Attend a meeting.  Check the Neighborhood Calendar for the next upcoming meeting.
