Welcome to the Hilltop Neighborhood Association!  We are glad to have you in the area. 

We are an association that has been around a long time and has newly formlized.  We have scheduled meetings once every other month (odd number months).  We will discuss neighborhood safety as well as other area topics of interest.  These meetings are a good time to meet your neighbors, get plugged in and ask questions you may have about the area.  All neighborhood residents are welcome at the meetings and attendance is encouraged.  

If you want to know what is happening in the neighborhood be sure to check the Calendar. This will show when neighborhood events are happening as give as much detail as possible. 

Waste Management:
The city provides garbage, recycling and brush collection. Containers are provided for each home. All garbage must be inside the container.  If your home does not have a container, please go to our Government service page and request one through 311 online. • Weekly garbage collection is Thursday.
• Monthly recycling collection is Wednesday of the second fulll week of the Month.
• We suggest putting your trash and recycling out the evening before pick up since they often come early in the morning.
• Brush is picked up monthly. Collection starts thesecond Monday of the second full week of the month month. Collection continues through the week.
• Bulk Item Collection is by request only.  You can request a pick up by calling 311 or submitting a request online.
